Around the World with IEEE

My term as Chair of the Washington DC Section (2009) was the culmination of great times with the section programs and conferences (GLOBECOM 2007) The gavel, shown with the SCANNER Newsletter, has been passed down through our program since the days of Alexander Graham Bell (IRE).
